Founded in 1990, Dirisamer Rohrbiegetechnik GmbH has established an international reputation in recent years through focused specialization in pipe processing.
On more than 5,500 m², we produce around 1.5 million pipe assemblies annually, which correspond to a pipe requirement of approximately 1.4 million meters. To manage this output alongside an enormous variety of parts (15,000 different articles), we rely on the most advanced manufacturing methods and flexible staffing. A large portion of our qualified workforce comes from training programs within our company. Preparing young people for the professional world is a matter very close to our hearts.

Our core competency lies in tube bending and mechanical forming.
Over time, numerous additional processes have been integrated around this foundation - including the joining of components using various techniques, surface treatments, component cleaning, and the assurance of technical cleanliness through our in-house laboratory.
Our processes are subject to a strict quality management system that fully complies with ISO 9001:2015 and is additionally aligned with IATF 16949 standards.

Thanks to our specialized expertise in cost-efficient tube design and the economies of scale achieved in material procurement, we generate sustainable cost savings.
