Our products cover outer diameters from 4 to 60 mm. Tube lengths ranging from 3 mm - such as for simple stubs - to up to 6 meters, as used in large construction machinery, are part of our daily business. We are happy to review non-standard dimensions for technical feasibility. We mainly process round hydraulic tubes but also offer highly complex shaped tubes in a variety of materials. From rolling large radii to bending radii as tight as 1× the tube diameter - we deliver precise and perfectly fitting solutions.

CNC tube bending technology
With an extensive range of CNC bending machines, we process tubes made from various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum - with different surface finishes and diameters ranging from 4 to 60 mm.
Our flexible and high-performance tube bending centers operate with the latest technology to ensure the highest quality while optimizing costs.
With more than 15 state-of-the-art bending machines, we have an exceptional depth of production and always deploy the ideal machine for every requirement. No other company in Austria can offer such a wide range of tube bending machines.

Cutting process
To meet our high quality standards, we continuously optimize our processes with the goal of achieving the most cost-efficient and precise production possible.
In the bundle cutting process, we clamp multiple tubes simultaneously and cut them in a single sawing operation. This allows us to cut up to 30 tubes per clamping with an accuracy within a tenth of a millimeter – economical, time-saving, and precise.
Our linked Twin-Cut system also sets new standards in efficiency: it not only enables simultaneous cutting of two bars but also allows cutting up to four different lengths from a single bar – all without any changeover time. This results in a productivity level that significantly exceeds that of many traditional contract sawing companies.

Deburring process
A cut tube cannot be processed immediately due to the burrs formed, so an efficient deburring process is necessary.
With our stand-alone rotary deburring, we quickly and reliably remove all burrs and clean the tube with an intense airflow, making it ready for the next processing stage.

CNC machining centers
In our modern production facility, we utilize advanced CNC machining centers to manufacture precise turned parts and complex components directly in-house.

Welding technology
In our welding shop, skilled craftsmanship meets cutting-edge technology.
