6) Web Analytics Services

6.1 Google Tag Manager
This website uses “Google Tag Manager,” a service provided by: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).

Google Tag Manager provides a technical platform to bundle various web applications, including tracking and analytics services, and to calibrate, control, and link them to conditions via a unified user interface. Google Tag Manager itself does not store or read information on users' devices. It also does not perform independent data analysis. However, Google Tag Manager transmits your IP address to Google when a page is accessed, and it may be stored there. Transmission to Google LLC servers in the USA may also occur.

This processing only takes place if you have given us your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, Google Tag Manager will not be used during your visit. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by deactivating this service in the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, ensuring the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibiting unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection based on a decision by the European Commission.

Further legal information about Google Tag Manager can be found at:

6.2 Hotjar
This website uses the web analytics service provided by:
Hotjar Ltd., Level 2, St Julian’s Business Centre, 3 Elia Zammit Street, St Julian’s STJ 1000, Malta.

Using cookies and/or similar technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, algorithms to read device and browser info), the service collects and stores pseudonymized visitor data, including information such as the IP address and browser details, to perform statistical analysis of usage behavior and to create pseudonymized usage profiles. This enables the analysis of movement patterns (so-called heatmaps), showing time spent on pages and interactions with content (e.g., text input, scrolling, clicks, mouse-overs). Pseudonymization generally prevents direct personal identification. There is no merging with other personally identifiable data collected by other means.

All processing described above, including reading or storing information on the device, only occurs if you have given us your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by deactivating this service via the cookie consent tool on our website.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider to ensure data protection and to prevent unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

6.3 Leadfeeder
This website uses the service Leadfeeder by Liidio Oy, Mikonkatu 17 C, Helsinki 00100, Finland, in conjunction with Google Analytics to track visits from companies and their usage behavior.

Leadfeeder accesses the list of IP addresses collected by Google Analytics in an anonymized format and matches them with publicly available company data. Using this, Leadfeeder can associate website visits with identifiable companies and enrich the list of IPs with publicly accessible information about those companies. To trace usage behavior, Leadfeeder uses the "_lfa" cookie, a small text file stored on the visitor’s device, which provides a breakdown of which content was accessed and how long each visit lasted. The cookie has a lifespan of 2 years.

All the processing described above, including setting the cookie to read data from the device, only occurs if you have given us your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by disabling this service via the cookie consent tool on our website.

We have entered into a data processing agreement with Leadfeeder, requiring them to protect visitor data and not to disclose it to unauthorized third parties.
Businesses can manage the publicly aggregated data used by Leadfeeder here:
https://yourdata.leadfeeder.com/

6.4 Wix Analytics
This website uses the web analytics service provided by:
Wix HQ, 6350671, Nemal Tel Aviv St 40, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

Using cookies and/or similar technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, algorithms to read device and browser info), the service collects and stores pseudonymized visitor data to evaluate statistical usage patterns and generate pseudonymized user profiles. Among other things, movement patterns (so-called heatmaps) can be analyzed, showing time spent and interactions with content (e.g., text input, scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs). Pseudonymization generally excludes direct personal identification. No merging with personally identifiable data occurs.

All described data processing, especially reading or storing information on the device, only occurs if you have given us your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by disabling this service via the cookie consent tool on our website.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider to ensure data protection and to prevent unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to Israel, an adequate level of protection is ensured by a European Commission adequacy decision.

7) Retargeting / Remarketing and Conversion Tracking

7.1 Meta Pixel with Advanced Matching
Within our online offering, we use the “Meta Pixel” service in advanced matching mode, provided by:
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Meta”).

When a user clicks on an ad we placed on Facebook or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter via “Meta Pixel.” This URL parameter is then recorded in the user’s browser by a cookie set by our linked page after redirection. This cookie also captures specific customer data-such as email addresses-collected by us on our website in connection with actions such as purchases, account logins, or registrations (advanced matching). The cookie is then read and enables data transmission, including customer data, to Meta.

We use Meta Pixel with advanced matching to make our Facebook and/or Instagram ads more effective and to ensure they match users’ interests or display certain characteristics (e.g., interest in specific topics or products based on visited web pages) that we transmit to Meta (so-called “Custom Audiences”).

We also use it to analyze the effectiveness of our ads by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking an ad (Conversion). Compared to the standard version of Meta Pixel, the advanced matching feature helps us better measure the success of our campaigns by tracking more attributed conversions.

All transmitted data is stored and processed by Meta, allowing it to be linked to the respective user profile. Meta may use this data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with its Data Usage Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). This may allow Meta and its partners to display ads on and outside of Facebook.

All processing described above-especially placing cookies to read information on the user’s device-only takes place if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the “cookie consent tool” provided on the website.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Meta to ensure the protection of our website visitors’ data and to prohibit unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

The information generated by Meta is usually transmitted to a Meta server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to Meta Platforms Inc. servers in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection based on a decision by the European Commission.

7.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider:
Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.

For this purpose, Google places a cookie in your browser that enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID based on the pages you visited. Additional data processing only occurs if you have agreed with Google that your browsing history will be linked to your Google account and that Google may use information from your account to personalize ads you see on the web.

If you are logged into Google during your visit to our site and have agreed to this use, Google combines your data with Google Analytics data to create cross-device remarketing audiences. For this, your personal data is temporarily linked with Google Analytics data to build target groups. In the context of using Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transmitted to servers of Google LLC in the USA.

All processing described above, particularly the placement of cookies to read information from your device, only occurs if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, retargeting technology will not be used during your visit.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the cookie consent tool on our website.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring adequate protection based on a decision by the European Commission.

Details about Google’s data processing and how it handles information from websites can be found here:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

7.3 LinkedIn Insight
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider:
LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.

This allows us to target visitors of our website with personalized, interest-based advertising, especially those who have already shown interest in our shop or products. Ads are displayed based on a cookie-based analysis of previous and current usage behavior, although no personal data is stored.

In such retargeting cases, a cookie is stored on your computer or mobile device, collecting pseudonymized data about your interests, which helps personalize ads based on the stored information. These cookies are small text files stored on your device. This allows you to see advertising that likely matches your interests.

All processing described above-particularly placing cookies to read device information-only takes place if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, retargeting technology will not be used during your visit.

You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by deactivating this service in the cookie consent tool on our website.

8) Tools and Miscellaneous

Cookie Consent Tool
This website uses a so-called “cookie consent tool” to obtain effective user consents for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent. The “cookie consent tool” is presented to users upon visiting the site in the form of an interactive user interface, where users can give consent for specific cookies and/or cookie-based applications by ticking checkboxes.

Through the use of this tool, all cookies/services requiring consent are only loaded if the respective user has granted consent by ticking the corresponding boxes. This ensures that such cookies are only set on the user’s device if consent has been given.

The tool sets technically necessary cookies to save your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed in this context.

If, in individual cases, personal data (such as the IP address) is processed for the purpose of storing, assigning, or logging cookie settings, this is done in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in legally compliant, user-specific, and user-friendly consent management for cookies, and thus in ensuring the lawful design of our website.

Another legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. As data controllers, we are legally obligated to make the use of technically unnecessary cookies dependent on the respective user consent.

If necessary, we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider to ensure the protection of our site visitors’ data and to prohibit unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

Further information about the operator and the configuration options of the cookie consent tool can be found directly in the respective user interface on our website.

9) Rights of the Data Subject

9.1 The applicable data protection law grants you the following rights vis-à-vis the controller regarding the processing of your personal data (rights to information and intervention), with the respective legal basis for exercising these rights referenced accordingly:

-Right of access according to Art. 15 GDPR;

-Right to rectification according to Art. 16 GDPR;

-Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) according to Art. 17 GDPR;

9.2 Right to Object
If we process your personal data based on our overriding legitimate interest after weighing interests, you have the right to object to such processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation, with effect for the future.
If you exercise your right to object, we will cease processing the personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

If your personal data is processed by us for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing purposes. You can exercise this objection as described above.
If you make use of your right to object, we will stop processing the personal data for direct marketing purposes.

10) Duration of Storage of Personal Data

The duration of storage of personal data is determined based on the respective legal basis, the purpose of the processing, and - if applicable - the respective statutory retention period (e.g., commercial and tax law retention periods).
In the case of processing personal data based on an explicit consent according to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, the affected data will be stored as long as you do not revoke your consent.
If statutory retention periods exist for data processed in the context of contractual or contract-like obligations based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, these data will be routinely deleted after the expiration of the retention periods, provided they are no longer required for contract fulfillment or initiation and/or we do not have a legitimate interest in further storage.
For the processing of personal data based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, these data will be stored until you exercise your right to object pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
For the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, these data will be stored until you exercise your right to object pursuant to Art. 21 (2) GDPR.
Unless otherwise specified in this privacy statement with regard to specific processing situations, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
