Dirisamer Rohrbiegetechnik GmbH is specialized in the fabrication of bent tubes and pipings individually designed and manufactured to the customers’ specifications. For this purpose we need a model, a drawing or at least an outline. Dimensions and data of the model are determined by the lastest contactless measuring techniques and fed into the CNC-bending machine. On the basis of this data, a Dirisamer -model is generated for the customers acceptance test. Tubes and pipes (bei Rohrleitungen — eher pipes oder pipings) are bent with CNC-bending machines.

Minimum clearance between the particular bending radii must be at least two times the external diameter. (See tube bending radii).

The endings of the tubes (pipings) are finished according to the customers’ specifications (flanging, pre-assembly, welding, soldering, turning, and much more ). We use only tubes, pipes and accessories produced in Austria or within the EU.

As Dirisamer-products are mainly security components, it is agreed that material testing certificates are provided for tubes and pipes and a model testing certificate for small parts (with the exeption of standard parts).
