Richard Dirisamer founded the company Dirisamer Metallverarbeitung . At that time the two men business (Mr. Dirisamer and one employee) was solely working on contractual basis. Due to his occupational history, Richard Dirisamer had a lot of experience with bending techniques. And therefore, Mr. Dirisamer soon came to the decision to offer a complete range of tube and pipe bending services.The small but innovative tube bending company was always dedicated to the best solutions for the production of precision tube and pipe bends. The enterprisegained and solidified a status as a component supplier for the agricultural machinery industry and was subsequently redefined as Dirisamer Metallverarbeitung und Hydraulikleitungen.

In order to keep up with the increasing demand and to compensate the lack of space in the production facilities, two-shift operation was implemented and a new plant was built. In August 1996 the entire company has moved into its new premises in 4675 Weibern, Gewerbestr. 1. Together with the address, the company name was changed into Dirisamer Rohrbiegetechnik GmbH. Two-shift operation was maintained to ensure optimum utilization of machine capacity.
